I worked with a tech recruitment company to refresh their capability statement - a key piece of collateral they use to introduce themselves to new clients. The goal was to strike the right balance between clean and professional, while still feeling engaging and visually fresh. They were open to a bit of personality, so I leaned into that with subtle touches of humour, like the hero image of a man floating in space paired with the line “reaching new heights.”

The imagery was carefully selected to echo the brand colours, creating a strong sense of visual consistency across the document. The result is a professional, easy-to-digest piece that still feels distinctly human, much like the friendly and passionate clients themselves.
